Plankbridge Shepherds Huts

Huts To Hunker Down In

A generational story, bringing people together.

Plankbridge are one of the UK’s leading makers of shepherds huts, often hailed as the company that led the shepherds hut revival. Richard, founder of Plankbridge, came to us with a simple brief “Make us a film that gives us goosebumps”. We late whittled this down to a film that conected the audience with not what Plankbridge are, but why people buy them and the life that comes with a hut.

All storyboarding, ideations and creative development was done in-house by Here Now Films along with all production and post-production.

The Outcome

“It was a real pleasure to work with Here Now for our latest website film. We set the brief of ‘give us goosebumps!’ and it did exactly that. Ed and Ollie were a joy to work with.” — Richard, Founder

From location scouting and finding models, to mood boards, shot-lists and the final edit and grade, Here Now Films delivered all aspects of this production in-house.

Plankbridge is a family run medium sized business and so didn’t have a huge budget to throw around the place. This is often a concern when working with a London based video production company but it never has to be the case.

The whole production was delivered as a two man team, on time and to budget.
