Delivering connective micro-documentaries for London’s best loved gallery!

The Background

The Tate is one of London’s best loved brands, synonymous with creativity, heritage and activism.

We began working with the Tate through their gallery in St Ives, Cornwall. In the wake of COVID the Tate wanted to make sure their members were still getting the same value from the galleries, even if they weren’t physically visiting them.

We created a 12 minute long micro documentary about their Barbara Hepworth exhibition. We physically guided the audience through the space and revisited the locations she went to.

The locations themselves were turned into a micro film you can see above.

Since this initial project Here Now has become Tate St Ives’s official video producer for 2024.

So far we’ve produced 2 micro docs about the Tate’s upcoming exhibitions and artists with a number more planned for the year.
