What Is a Corporate Video?

A corporate video is any ‘non-advertising’ video made by a brand, company, charity or organisation.

As a video agency about 50% of our films are high end ‘corporate’ productions for companies in London and across the UK.

We’ve found that what people mean when they ask for a corporate video is actually very diverse.

Our most commonly asked for corporate videos are:
  • Event and conference films
  • Brand films
  • Recruitment films
  • Onboarding videos
  • Office walkthroughs
  • Q&A videos

13 Great Corporate Video Examples: The List

1) We Are Bolt – Corporate Tech Video

Undoubtably one of the most trending corporate videos today. We Are Bolt, is a high energy, talking head style film done differently.

Bolt is a tech company that wanted their video, in every way, to showcase who they are as an innovative, fast moving and information driven brands at the forefront of the tech sector.

This scripted film keeps the audience engaged through continuous camera movements, and through each speakers voice overlapping the voice before making the film feel fast paced.

2) AlTi Global – Finance Brand Film

AlTi Global are one of London’s, if not the world’s, fastest growing wealth managers.

With over $71 billion in management the fund look after the world’s Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs).

The beauty behind AlTi is that they’ve maintained their bespoke feel as they’ve grown still feeling like they are just down the road, ready for you to pop in and sey “hey”.

AlTi approached us to make them a brand film that reflected all of the above. Filming across London and New York the aim was to capture AlTi’s global feel whilst nailing them to the post as an honest, connective name you could rely on.

3) Urbidermis – Corporate Architecture Video

Spot number two is taken by Urbidermis, an urban design company that’s at the forefront of creating urban spaces that work for human interaction.

Voice over led, this film takes you through the work of this giant aechitectur and design company from their public spaces to their home product lines.

What we like about this film is that the appraoch allows you to keep complete control of the final film from the intial script.

It’s super easy for clients to be a part of the process and feedback right from the beginning which is great.

4) Booking.com + Idris Elba

Ok… this is obviously a huge film, with a mega star but don’t let that put you off using it as an inspiration piece.

This film is atually a very simple approach and could be delivered by an actor or even a member of staff.

It’s effetviely 5 scenes with a one page script. Yes, their locations and set design are great but that doesn’t mean you can’t scale it back.

You could even deliver this in a single office building if you were clever about it!

5) Coloro – Masters of Colour Excellence

This is an example of a corporate video we made in London in 2024 for Coloro.

The brand wanted a film made to showcase who they were and how they operated within their parent company, WGSN.

The idea was to shoot a talking head that had a f**k load of colour and screamed ‘creative industry’. The other key was that the film had to be light on budget.

These shoots are a great approach for people with time and money constraints. They work especially well when you have 3-6 speakers. One of the major keys is to have over 2 cameras in the set up to allow you to keep the pace of the film high.

6) Eagle Builders – Construction Corporate Video

This film has a over 350,000 views on YouTube and has hundreds of comments to match. So what ever you think about this film it’s important to learn from it’s strengths.

yes, it’s a talking head… and yes, it’s a bit like any old corporate film but what it does really well is showcase connection, reliance and expertise.

This is a film we’ve used a lot over the years to showcase the best of what a ‘classic corporate video can look like’.

7) Whello – Kinetic Type Event Style Video

Next on the list is a great example of how you can showcase company culture, location and team without breaking the bank or reinventing the wheel.

This is a super simple approach for any brand wanting to tell the story of who they are without needing to make a huge statement.

The use of text and music to carry the films, not interviews, is a really strong approach. It means that companies can easily pull this together without replying too much on anyones time or ability to speak to camera.

8) Bruns

Companies often overcomplicate the process of making a film. You don’t always need a complex story line or even words at all.

This corporate film by Bruns is a great example of a corporate video production made simple.

Using a simple observational approach, focusing on symmetrical, beautiful processes, they allowed the work they do to speak for itself without having to say a word.

We’ve used this film often in our corporate video decks as an example of a simple process approach done well.

9) Great Western Credit Union

Here’s one Here Now Film’s most successful corporate fundraising films!

Yes, this is not our most slick or most beautiful fils we’ve made. But that’s the point, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel, and often a well put together, solid story, is better than something with all the bells and whistles.

Made for Great Western Credit Union with the aim of raising £400,000, the final film raised over £1.8 million.

The entire film was shot in a day and was made using footage and photos that already belonged to the organisation.

10) Nicro Spa

We love this film purely because of it’s scales and simplicity.

For an organisation that doesn’t have a natural speaker, or even necessarily a story they want to tell. This formate tells people exactly who you are and what you do; scale & expertise.

The key here is to find a sound track that carries the film! You may have to use a music platform like Music Bed or Artlist to get the perfect song.

You’ll notice this corporate video doesn’t actually have a huge variety of locations, but they play around with the space and the processes very well to create something that builds in speed and scale towards the end.

11) Mustard Creative Agency

Mustard agency are a multi disciplinary creative studio delivering end to end creative solutions for clients around the world.

Their brand film uses kinetic type to guide the audience through their spaces in a fast paced, fun way. You instantly get a feel for who they are from this and can see the scale of their operation.

The use of type is a brilliant way to pull the audience through the film without asking them to engage their mind to much.

12) Hubspot

No list of best corporate videos would be complete without HubSpots iconic retro brand film.

this edit has the perfect combination of tongue and cheek comedy, brand identiy whilst still telling the story of how they were founded.

Sometimes, if you know the industry is boring it’s just best to lean into it and make that a feature not a bug.

From this film you instantly like the culture of HubSpot and see them as personable and relatable…. not the corporate giant they are.

13) Alber – Our Craft

Corporate brand films don’t have to be boring and the Alber ‘Our Craft’ Film is a great example of this.

With no voice over, no interviews and not explaination of what they are doing… they dimply showcase the creation and craft they’re so famous for.

these types of films are great as they create an information gap ‘what’s this all about?’ which they then feel they need to fill.

Conclusion

A corporate video doesn’t have to be boring, dull or just be a copy of the same-old-rubbish. A corporate film can be fun, creative, engaging and something you are genuinely proud of. Even if a film is only an internal communication tool you have to think what story the corporate video communicates to your team, managers or potential customers.

The films above are used all of the time in our creative decks and pitches to brands and companies and are films we believe are great examples of a corporate video.
